I STILL think it's more than a little presumptuous that there can be such negative feelings about a place that (presumably) NONE of you have ever visited, know details about, or are familiar with the capabilities of the specific painter - it's a little like saying "I had a bad burger in Boston, so stay AWAY from the McDonald's in Montana..." If it turns out that deep cleaning, detailing, and scratch removal don't give me the results I want, I'm still inclined to give Maaco a shot, but I DO see the wisdom in doing what I can before that time.
